Abstract
Dr. John A. Henschke has been involved in the field of adult education for 40 years and has tested and refined his ideas on "Andragogy" [the arts and science of teaching adults and helping adults learn] in the USA through university courses, Community Programs, Corporations, Adult Basic Education and Internationally. He has worked in adult education in 19 countries, has traveled to 24 countries, worked with participants in and/or from 85 foreign countries.
